 “Libro Mágico” is a children’s book part of a personal project called Mente Mágica.  This project is a non profit organisation that works on the implementation of mindfulness programs in Mexican schools in order to fight violence and break the circle of poverty in the country.

The name comes from the idea that mindfulness show us the potential of our mind.  This process of discovering our personal power, to change and improve not only as humans beings but as a society is almost magical. For this reason the name of the project is “Mente Mágica” or magic mind.
